Personal Money and Capital Management

The course aims to provide students with the necessary tools to develop financial literacy. Through this course, students will gain essential understanding of concepts related to financial and economic management, helping them better evaluate the impact of various financial events on their decision-making. Additionally, students will cultivate a rational mindset and culture that enables them to make informed and sound financial decisions throughout their lifetime.

The course not only aims to protect students from financial challenges, risks, identity theft, and fraud, but also educates them on available recovery options in case of losses. Throughout the course, students will learn to understand the complexity of financial decision-making through practical applications. Overall, the course integrates principles from finance and economics to accounting, psychology, sociology, statistics, and data science.

Students will learn how to manage personal finances, make informed financial decisions, assess risks, avoid fraud, and plan for financial stability throughout life. They will develop financial literacy, understand how economic events affect personal choices, and gain practical decision-making skills through real applications.
