Crisis Communication Management

Course Purpose and Objectives

The course provides foundational knowledge on the main crisis management tactics aimed at organizational survival and recovery. It equips students with tools for predicting and preventing scandals and crises, as well as reactive strategies for managing them in both internal and public communication contexts.
