The course aims to familiarize students with corporate governance, the policies and procedures created for the management of the various organizations. Students will learn about how an organization’s board is recommended and functions, its association with the organization’s managers, and possible problems that may arise. Students will also learn about other stakeholders who have an influence on the way an organization is run with investors, media, regulators, and government officials.
