The course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to conceive, lead, and implement digital transformation initiatives with confidence. The main objective of the course is to prepare the modern manager to absorb, understand, and interpret the evolution of digital technologies—particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI)—in order to draw conclusions about their impact and potential effects on industries, companies, and individuals.
Achieving competitive advantage does not depend solely on having the right technology; it also requires a shift in mindset, extensive redefinition of roles and functions, training, and the responsible and ethical management of emerging technologies such as AI.
