In the context of business theory and practice, ethics will be studied in this course. In particular, students will study how companies and businesses operate in a social and ethical environment based on their obligations to their business partners. The challenges and effects of globalization on business ethics as well as the social and moral behaviour of multinational corporations will also be studied. The course will be completed by examining corporate governance issues, codes of conduct, financial crimes and corporate social responsibility.
