International Entrepreneurship

This course examines companies which are created to compete in the global market, that they derive resources from different geographic areas, compete in international markets and face risks from many sources. The course focuses on the strategies and techniques for creating and managing these companies.

Key learning outcomes:

  • Understand the meaning and importance of international entrepreneurship
  • Understand the concepts of Born globals and International New Ventures.
  • Understand the incentives and benefits of rapidly internationalizing SMEs
  • Understand the obstacles and risks associated with the rapid
    internationalization of SMEs
  • Gain knowledge of the strategies and techniques for creating and managing
    Born globals and International New Ventures.
