Introduction to Management

The purpose of the course is to understand the basic principles and functions of management, the role of managers in businesses and the impact of changes in the business environment on decision-making. The course analyzes the main elements of the internal and external environment in which businesses operate. Moreover, it  highlights the importance changes and developments in the political, competitive, social, cultural, technological, physical and legal environment.

  • Basic concepts of management, the importance of its study and the role of managers in organizations and businesses.
