The study subject provides students with an understanding of international project management, risks, implementation process and project cycles, management tools and methods, as well as EU funding methods.
Key learning outcomes:
The aim of the study subject is to acquire specific skills in:
1) International project cycle management;
2) Project idea structuring and EU project development;
3) Thematic EU funding programmes (research, SMEs, culture, tourism, cooperation and development, energy and environment, social affairs, regional cooperation, etc.).
