Essence of national innovation systems and EU policy, regarding innovations in the context of building a knowledge economy. Students will study and will be able to apply the basic approaches, methods and techniques, which are characteristic of the effective innovation management in modern enterprises and will gain the necessary knowledge to develop and manage innovation projects. The course aims to familiarize students with the basic guidelines for starting up and development of economic activity with high potential for future development and the approaches and the means of its financing. Training is aimed at the possibility of development of small enterprises and their transformation into multinational companies meaning. The main tool for realizing these goals is the business plan.
