The discipline introduces students to the main management problems, methods and techniques, the knowledge of which is a prerequisite for the implementation of effective innovation management in enterprises. At the end of it students will know the conceptual apparatus related to the management of
innovation; they will recognize the different types of innovations, they will be able to develop strategies for implementing the innovation policy and will be able to plan innovation activity in industrial enterprises.
