The discipline introduces students to the main management problems, methods and techniques, the knowledge of which is a prerequisite for implementation of effective innovation management in enterprises. Discipline will also introduce students to the essence of entrepreneurship; management, affecting the management of small enterprises that are rapidly expanding their activity; the recognition and evaluation of entrepreneurial opportunities; the formation of entrepreneurial team; development of a business plan; analyzing different case studies, related to entrepreneurship; financing of entrepreneurial type of activity.
