Corporate Financial Management

The aim of this module is to develop a comprehensive picture of Corporate Financial Management Business at a theoretical and practical level. The topics covered include theories of capital markets, evaluation and selection of sources of financing, and the relation between firm financial value and dividend policy. An additional advantage of the module is the parallel use of the English language which helps students familiarize with the international English terminology.
