Students will explore the strategic and practical implications of integrating technologies such as automation, artificial intelligence, cloud systems, and digital platforms into core business functions.
Through case studies, real-world applications, and practical exercises, the course provides an in-depth understanding of how digital transformation drives efficiency, agility, and innovation. The aim of the course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to understand, evaluate, and lead digital transformation efforts in operational environments.
By the end of the course, students will be able to critically analyse the impact of digital technologies on operations, make informed managerial decisions, and contribute to the development of resilient and efficient systems.
