Key learning outcomes:
The aim is to introduce students to the economic development models of European countries, economic development trends and methods for assessing the economic development of countries.
Tasks:
• understand and be able to analyze the factors influencing economic development;
• understand the goals of national economic policies and ongoing reforms, be able to assess the impact of economic policies on economic development;
• be able to compare European countries according to their levels of economic development and assess the main advantages and obstacles to national competitiveness.
