Engineering Economic Analysis

It will help Electrical Engineers to understand the basic principles of business management such as modern management methods, leadership, work organization, teamwork, management and quality systems, human resource utilization.

Additionally, the main purpose of the course is to provide students with knowledge about the structure, processes and financial management of business organizations as well as the rational understanding of the economic and social environment in which these businesses operate.

Students will gain a solid understanding of management and financial principles as applied to engineering environments. They will learn how businesses operate, how investments are evaluated, how financial decisions are made, and how management practices, leadership, teamwork, quality management, and human resources influence organizational performance. They will also develop basic financial calculation skills and learn to analyze business problems with consideration of sustainability and corporate responsibility.
