The course aims to cover the basic principles of and process leading to the creation of new enterprises. Moving from the innovative idea to the successful new venture requires creativity and entrepreneurialism, including careful planning, risk management, and knowledge of a company’s management. This module will provide students with the knowledge they need to achieve the above effectively.
In particular, students will learn how to identify and evaluate opportunities, map and develop their ideas, run feasibility studies, and develop a business plan for the implementation of their ideas.
