Project Management

The course covers topics about the project life cycle and the most important project management activities and methods included in the life cycle stages. By mastering the course content, students gain knowledge and understanding of project management approaches and methods, and their practical use in projects.

The aim of the study course is to develop project management skills so that students can use the acquired knowledge about project management principles and methods, and to help students understand the importance and role of project management in business.
