Course Description
Project Management

This course prepares students to design, plan, and control projects that drive organizations toward digital transformation, from process digitization and systems integration to data, analytics, and the selective adoption of artificial intelligence. Emphasis is placed on aligning initiatives with strategy and customer value, developing business cases, managing stakeholders and change, and handling risks (cost, schedule, compliance, ethics, data/privacy).

Students gain hands-on experience with modern project and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, dashboards) and learn to select appropriate delivery methods (waterfall, agile, hybrid) for each business context. Upon completion of the course, students are able to critically evaluate transformation challenges (culture, capability scalability, benefits realization) and lead cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
